You can share your trail trought standard share function of your device. Just long press on a trail item and choise from the popup menu “Share Tmt file” item. Now all the packet is sent to your friend. 

Starting from version 1.7 you can share also your track over trace my trail server creating an account on https://my.tracemytrail.com .
